As the Branch Manager, you will be a part of a team who will provide leadership; set targets; drive the team towards the targets and create a delightful environment within the bookshops for the customers and your team.

As a Branch Manager, you should possess the following attributes:

• Ability to develop / implement sales development strategies
• At least 3-5 years experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the retail industry
• Passionate about customer service
• Good command of English and Sinhala languages and knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
• Age below 40 years
