Material Assistant

You are responsible for receiving goods, entering invoices (GRN) to the system with batch no’s, expiry dates and other relevant details according to the company guidelines. You will prepare Documents to Finance Department for the payments within the agreed time frame and keeping relevant records, updating the out of stock items, carry out the physical stock verification of allocated category and assist in preparation of monthly reports, adopt a ‘team work’ approach and maintain positive relationship with internal / external stakeholders considering the company objectives.

The Ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 3 passes at the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.
  • Part Qualification in Supply Chain / Material Management would be an additional advantage.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Ability to display Commitment, dedication, honesty in all dealings.
  • Ability to acquire new skills and knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
  • A positive attitude to dealing with internal customers.
