Executive / Senior Executives - Sales Training

Job Accountabilities:

• Contribute towards new wealth planner development by conducting induction training programmes
• Carryout necessary motivational & development programmers required by the business
• Facilitate other training programmes for the Wealth Planner Professionals and when required
• Prepare MI reports required by the Group Office
• Assist the management in determining training needs for wealth planners by observing sales encounters and reviewing sales results reports

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in sales or sales training
• Degree or a professional qualification in Business Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles, presentation skills and modern training techniques
• Strong organisational and team management skills
• Computer literacy, specially MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
