Brand Executive

The suitable candidate should be an individual driven by passion for success. He/She should be able to create consumer demand and be responsible for formulating the brand's long-term strategy by developing and executing marketing plans. He/She should be accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and marketshare objectives. Previous experience in working for a luxury brand(s) will be a plus point. He/She should be energetic, self-motivated, positive minded personality who is also a good team player.

Job Profile:

• Closely monitors and analyses sales volumes, marketshare trends and competitive activity
• Executing promotional initiatives to profitability increase consumption within budgeted parameters
• Identification and develop of business ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans
• Plan and execute in launching and sustaining new products
• Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies)
• Build brand awareness
• Developing on line strategies and assist to achieve planned revenue targets by effectively liaising with others in the marketing team
• Contribute towards brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly

Personal Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive executive level experience
• Full or part professional qualification from CIM or SLIM
• Age below 35 years
• Excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of English language
• Motivational skills, team leading & leadership skills
• Proven 'eye-for-detail'
• Creativity
• Results orientation
• High level of initiative and assertiveness
