Call Centre Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and directing the daily activities of call centre agents and telephone operators
  • Supervising, planning and managing functions concerned to Call Centre environment
  • Acting as an information source
  • Attending, following up ad resolving customer complaints and questions
  • Ensuring that the team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge on the job

Personal Profile:

  • Have at least 1-2 years' supervisory experience in the relevant field
  • Completed a Diploma or a Higher Diploma in management from a rputed institute
  • Demonstrate quick problem solving and analytical capability
  • Exceptional communication skills, IT and leadership skills
  • Must be able to work in a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business and handling individual projects
  • Age above 21 years
