Front Office Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Handle Customer Inquiries while identifying & escalating Priority Issues
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Organise workflow to meet customer satisfaction
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain a good level of Customer Relationship
Key Competencies:
- Good proficiency in English, Written and Spoken Communication Skills
- Minimum of One year experience in a Front Office Operation will be an advantage
- Previous experience in Cashiering would be a definite advantage
- Professional Personality with demonstrated commitment to provide Customer experience
- Good team player with optimistic Interpersonal skills and Attentiveness
- Be Friendly, Charismatic, Punctual & Energetic
