Administrative Coordinator to Director Partnership

We are looking for potential candidates who can commit to provide confidential and professional support to the Director Partnership in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the Bancassurance Team.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Assist in coordinating all administrative functions related to the bancaassurance operation
  • Assist in gathering information from the sales tea and preparing reports under the direction of the management
  • Maintain the Director Partnership's schedule by coordinating and arranging meetings, conferences and all other travel arrangements
  • Liaise effectively with internal divisions / departments an external organisations on behalf of the Director Partnership
  • Assist the Bancassurance team in all other departmental activities

Job Description:

  • Secretarial or Administrative qualification from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years' working experience in a similar capacity
  • Should possess an excellent command of English - Both oral and written
  • Should have good PR and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Should be fully conversant in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (email) and Internet
  • Ability to handle correspondence independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
