To successfully this role, the candidate should have an eye for detail and a flair for eloquent communication to provide sophisticated guest service. Further on, elaborate organisational and administration skills are essential.
Reservation Executive
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in handling reservations
- Advanced computer handling skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage
Reservation Agent
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in Front Office
- Advanced computer handling skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Individual Responsibilities Include:
- Handle email and telephone enquiries in an efficient, responsible, and proficient manner
- Provide detailed information on Jetwing's facilities and services, market segments, rate plans, and packages
- Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System and ensure proper handling of bookings, confirmations, and cancellations
- Maintain frequent contact with third party travel agents and tour organisers
- Creative upselling to maximise occupancy and increase operational revenue
