Assistant Human Resources Managers

Selected candidates shall be required to:

• Identify staff requirements
• Conduct interviews, selection and placement of employees
• Implement the HR policies of the company, personnel administration and welfare activities
• Coordinate and interact with other divisional heads in handling HR issues
• Liaise with government institutions such as labour department

Applicants should:

• Be males below 30 years of age and be permanent residents within 25km from Nittambuwa, Mirigama & Dambadeniya areas
• Have a degree or equivalent qualification in HR
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management in a reputed organisation
• Be flexible persons in nature with a pleasing personality
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills & excellent interpersonal skills
