Customer Operations Executives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Sinhala while fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Preferably with 3 subjects passed at the G.C.E. A/L
- Have a proactive, team player attitude
- Candidates with previous experience in telemarketing will be definitely considered
- Should be willing to work during the weekend and late hours if required
Job Role:
- Calling prospective client bases and making productive appointments
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with their queries
- Capturing accurate client information on excel / CRM systems accordingly
- Strict adherence in forwarding daily appointments and call status as necessary
- Assisting the team with day-to-day administration work
