Human Resources Officer (Payroll Unit)
We are looking for a young and energetic individual with a "Can-Do" attitude to be a part of the LOLC Group HR Team.
He/she should be a team player who possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure with employees at all levels. High level of integrity and confidentiality is expected in this role.
Role:
- Carrying out all tasks related to preparations and execution on all payroll related activities such as Salaries, Increments and Bonus
- Liaise with Labour Department on labour related duties and functions
- Preparation of payroll related costings and reporting
- Liaising with banks and other institution on matters related to loans, salary confirmations etc
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of working experience in payroll management
- overall knowledge in compensation management
- Thorough knowledge on labour laws, labour compliance and other related regulations
- Professional qualification in HRM and should have passed G.C.E. A/L
- Fluency in MS Office packages
- Ability to work on payroll software
- Qualification in Finance would be an added advantage
