Officer - Customer Service

Job Profile:
To provide a professional, high quality, front line customer focused telephone service to all callers. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries in relation to our services, Delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all customers and wherever possible resolving enquiries at first point of contact.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration
  • Handling ODEL Loyalty program related issues while keeping accurate records of communication and correspondence
  • Team player who works together with the Customer service team as well as with the Manager who is committed to provide high quality customer service

Candidate Criteria:

  • Passed G.C.E A/L Examination
  • Previous Customer Service experience would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge computer applications (Microsoft word/ Excel)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Stress tolerance
