Head of Marketing
We invite a dynamic, aspiring and well-experienced marketing professional, an innovative leader with a proven track record of driving tangible business results across a variety of channels. The Head of Marketing is responsible for the coordination of all marketing, advertising, and social media strategies for the organisation. As a critical partner that touches all areas of business, you will drive a coordinated design, documentation and planning schedules of our marketing strategy and interact across all business lines. you should also be an innovative thinker and marketer who's passionate about building brands.
The ideal candidate will leverage his experience to date in order to create and execute effective marketing programmes and drive to high productivity / performance through engaging effectively and leading larger, cross-functional teams. Furthermore you should be a collaborator and influencer who is able to work effectively with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Marketing experience (minimum five years in financial products)
- A degree in Marketing / SLIM / CIM (UK), is a must along with the practical knowledge
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
- Strong command in wide areas of business development
- Proven track record and good reference list showing past achievements
