Executive - Transport

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure staff transport vehicles run according to scheduled time, whilst preparing and monitoring vehicle running charts
  • Review running charts and verify compatibility of milage given by drivers against the routes taken, whilst highlighting and discrepancies with superior
  • Enter relevant data into the transport system
  • Arrange transport to employees and visitors, by utilising cost effective initiatives
  • Ensure the availability of a proper transport request mechanism whilst managing same in a timely manner
  • Manage vehicle parks and ensuring parking space is available by sourcing new lots for employees newly promoted / recruited
  • Follow up on vehicle insurance dates whilst ensuring they are reviewed before expiry
  • Ensure company owned vehicles are maintained at given / required standards whilst maintaining a log of all maintenance records of same
  • Keep details of near misses that takes place according to compliance standards whilst also having a record of the people who use the vehicles
  • Involve in annual budget & maintain within the budget

Qualifications & Experience:

  • G.C.E. A/L
  • Diploma in any field
  • 2-3 years of working experience at a similar position
  • Good organising and coordination skills
  • Leadership skills
