Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target of the department and ensure profitability of the sales
• Monitor and follow up on payment collections
• Provide customer records & follow up systems, resolve customer complaints & build rapport with customers
• Establish, maintain and supervise sales team ensuring the enhancement of skill set such as effective customer handling and delivery process
• Market analysis on the current / new market trends and promote products
• Submit relevant pre reports to the management
• Maintain and develop relationship with new customers

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3-5 years of hands on experience in the relevant field and 2 years in the executive position
• Degree or a professional qualification relating to sales & marketing / Business Management or relevant field
• Excellent negotiation skills, leadership and problem solving skills
• Highly developed, strong interpersonal skills
• Should possess a valid driving license and work independently
• Age below 40 years
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English / Sinhala and computer literacy
