Specialist - Supplier Payable

Job Profile:

• Processing of lease rentals, stamp duty, petty cash reimbursements and other payments related to HR and Administration
• Performing month end clearing and responsible for monthly bank reconciliations
• Calculation and processing payments of sales commissions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls of the company
• Support for the quarterly external audits
• Active participation in continuous process improvements

Candidate Profile:

• Should possess a degree in Accounting / Business Management
• Should possess part qualifications in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA or an equivalent professional qualifications from a recognised university or institute
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an audit / non audit sector preferably covering the requirements of the job profile
• Possess sound knowledge in computerised accounting, payments procedure and related controls
• Ability to work in a challenging environment, handling many responsibilities concurrently
• Ability to work for extended hours and weekends to meet timelines and be able to work under minimum supervision
