Accountant

Location: Ratmalana

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit monthly financial & management information
• Perform reconciliation to ensure accuracy in the ledger posting
• Monitor cash-flow of the company
• Negotiate with banks for efficient management & utilisation of funds
• Ensure strict adherence of internal controls & procedures
• Ensure submission of tax, statutory & regulatory returns on time
• Ensure payment of salaries, bonus and incentives on time
• Ensure payments are processed timely and accurately
• Conduct internal audits in outlets

Criteria:

• Fully qualified in CASL / ACCA / CIMA with a minimum of 2-3 years post qualifying experience as an Accountant in manufacturing sector
• Knowledge in accounting applications and hands on experience in MS Office packages
• Experience in auditing will be an advantage
• Knowledge on food & beverage cost control will be an advantage
• Preferably a male below 35 years of age
• Strong leadership qualities, commercial acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
