The HNB Assurance is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:

Branch Manager

Locations: Badulla / Hatton / Nuwara Eliya

The person should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of life insurance business
• Thorough understanding of key result areas such as Gross Written premium (GEP), profitability, Claim ratio, Expense ratio and set service standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agency Management
• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing or Business Management
• Minimum of 4 years' Sales Experience in the insurance distribution management
