Retail Sales Desk Executive

We are on the lookout of a young self-motivated individual who has the passion and drive in managing retail store. You should have excellent customer interaction skill couple with efficient administrative skills.

Job Profile:
The Retail Sales Desk Executive is responsible for retail store management. He is the owner of retail store revenue. He needs to be aligned to the strategic intent of cash channel, be focused on achieving sales targets assigned, gain insights into retail growth drivers for the store, gain deep understanding of the customer profile and the catchment to develop and recommend targeted local programmes, to implement retail programmes and maintain the ambiance for best results and be responsible for all transactions at the store inclusive of operational costs.

Personal Profile:

• A full or part qualification in Sales / Marketing
• Communication maturity - excellent oral and written skills are needed
• Balanced and unbiased view of situations (impersonal analysis) to be obviously focused in resolving / escalating issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer operation skills
• Exceptional patience level
• Perseverance to bring issues to logical conclusion
