Assistant Manager - Finance

The Job:
This position reporting to Manager - Finance is responsible in assisting the Manager - Finance, to provide financial data and insight to the International Business unit, to drive it's business plans and strategies. The position holder will also be responsible in driving the long-range plan to the International Business unit, together with the International Business team, while ensuring proper governance in the area of financial reporting, monitoring of controls and compliances. The job holder also would be responsible in budgeting, management accounting, funding control and assisting the Manager - Finance in implementing financial strategies for new business venture and divestments under Hemas FMCG International Business Unit.

The Person:
The candidate for above position should be a fully qualified Accountant from a recognised accounting body (CA / CIMA / ACCA) with minimum 2-3 years post qualifying experience in a reputed manufacturing company, preferably in FMCG industry. Experience in international business financing in a managerial capacity will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to work with managers of different disciplines are pre-requisites for this position. Experience in working with SAP/R3 would be a definite advantage.
