We are in search of dynamic individual to fill the following position.

Head of Human Resources

Personal Profile:

• A senior HR professional with an outstanding track record
• Experienced in managing HR in a recognised Manufacturing / Service sector organisations preferably  in multiple sectors either in Sri Lanka or Overseas
• Over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Possess a degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution, MBA or post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage
• Articulate, analytical and decisive with excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
• Computer literate
• Should be below 45 years of age

Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the businesses
• Defining corporate HR strategies and managing HR budgets to harness the potential of the human resources
• Develop and implement an HR strategy in line with the business plan and driving change
• Ensure all company polices and procedures are up to date and legally compliant with the labour laws
• Talent acquisition, talent development, talent engagement and succession planning
• Coaching, mentoring and guiding managers to ensure fostering a conducive organisational culture for learning, development and performance
• Training and development, employee engagement and maintaining cordial employee relations
