Human Resources Assistant
To assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations and employee services.
The ideal Candidate should:
- Possess a certificate / foundation course in Human Resource Management by IPM or an equivalent qualification.
- Have 1 year experience in Human Resources.
- Have a pleasing personality with interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Be a strong team player and self-motivated.
- Have good communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Be computer literate.
- Be capable of working independently & holding the responsibility of handling any given situation.
