Telephone Operator / Receptionist (Part-Time)
The responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments
- Greeting visitors professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visits and, directing them to the relevant personnel and departments
The ideal candidate should:
- Have completed G.C.E. A/L
- Possess excellent English and Sinhala verbal communication skills
- Be computer-literate and competent in email communication and world processing (MS Word)
- Possess the ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills
- Be able to multi-task without compromising on quality and work independently with minimum supervision
Working hours for this role will be from 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday and remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
