Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate should be an analytical thinker with proven skills in finance. You should be able to compile, analyse and prepare financial statements, meet deadlines when necessary while liaising with all external / internal stakeholders of the company. The selected candidate will be offered numerous opportunities and fast-track career development under the Sumathi Group Finance Finance division and he/she will be employed by Great Wall Restaurants Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Sumathi Global Consolidated Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly Management Information reports with a high level of accuracy & integrity
• Assist to manage the working capital of the company more effectively & efficiently
• Assist to finalise the annual audit before the deadline
• Monitoring the Internal Controls of the company including stock verification and other verification
• Submission of tax returns such as IC, VAT, NBT and ESC
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis of management information
• Marking effective suggestions to improve the quality & effectiveness of financial reporting, Management Information Systems and routine transactions processing system

Profile:

• Part qualification in ICASL, CIMA or ACCA
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in using accounting software (ideally QuickBooks) and MS Office packages
