Human Resources Executives (Industrial Relations)
Prerequisites for applicants:
- A University Degree in Law or Human Resources Management majoring in Labour Studies
- A minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience in the area of Industrial Relations, Labour Relations with a reputed private sector organisation
- Proficiency in Employment Laws, Litigation Procedures, Collective bargaining and Private Sector Disciplinary Action Procedures
- Very good English knowledge with the ability of drafting documents related to employee disciplinary issues
- Enrolment as an attorney-at-law will be an added qualification
- Age below 30 years
