Collections Advisors
Requirements:
- Should be below 24 years of age and possess 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L in one sitting
- Possess excellent command in Sinhala & English languages, both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation skills
- Be a committed team player in achieving common business goals
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
- Should be courteous, patient, and solutions focused customers
- Possess excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in handling debt collections would be an added advantage
