Galle Face Hotel has commenced a major restoration program to return Sri Lanka's most iconic property' to the position of a premier deluxe hotel to coincide with its 150th anniversary. Work is underway restoring rooms & suites, banqueting and meeting rooms, restaurants & bars to the highest standard while retaining its authenticity.
Galle Face Hotel is looking for bright, talented individuals to join the hotel.

Vacancies in Kitchen Department

• Hot Kitchen - Chef De Partie (1) / Demi Chef De Partie (3)
• Cold Kitchen - Chef De Partie (2)
• Banquet Kitchen - Chef De Partie (1)
• Butchery - Demi Chef De Partie (1)
• Pastry & Bakery - Commis

Candidates should have:

• Previous experience in similar role in a star class hotel and overseas exposure.
• Candidates should have HACCP control knowledge.
• Knowledge of current food trends Ability to work under pressure.
• Good Communication skills.
• Flexible to the needs of the organization & willing to work on roster basis.
