Debt Controller / Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Tightly monitor debtor list and follow up of overdue debtors
- Customer contact via telephone, writing letters or by visiting
- Negotiate and agree on settlement date or a workable repayment arrangement for overdue
- Regular phone calls to overdue customers, to remind on payments
- Regular visits to overdue customers to ensure full recovery
- Perform administrative work or other job functions related to collection and recoveries
Qualification & Experience:
- G.C.E. A/L
- Diploma in Credit Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Valid driving license with a motorbike
