Galle Face Hotel has commenced a major restoration program to return Sri Lanka's most iconic property to the position of a premier deluxe hotel to coincide with its 150tli anniversary. Work is underway restoring rooms & suites, banqueting and meeting rooms, restaurants & bars to the highest standard while retaining its authenticity.

Galle Face Hotel is looking for bright, talented individuals to join the hotel.

Food & Beverage Captains

• Previous experience in a 5 star class hotel and overseas exposure.
• Good communication and positive interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Flexible to the needs of the organization & willing to work on roster basis.
• Hotel school qualification will be at an advantage.
• Knowledge in Micros - Opera will be at an advantage
