Senior Executive - HR & Admin

We seek a young individual who is keen to obtain the best professional and personal development opportunities and experience in Human Resources Management and Development function provided by a leading Company. This position is in the permanent executive staff with potential for career growth based on performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Implement Group HR Strategies in the Business Sector
  • Developing Policies and Procedures in line with business objectives
  • Identify and implement best practices in HR Management within the BPM industry
  • Striving for excellent in key HR processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee recognition, employee engagement and employer branding
  • Ensure effectiveness in HR operational functions
  • Offer expert professional advice and support managers and teams on all aspects of people management

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Professionnally qualified or a final year student with experience in general functions of HR
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR function at a reputed company
  • Conversant with employment related legislation
  • Very good inter-personal, planning and prioritising skills
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications
  • Prior exposure within the BPO / Shared Services / BPM industry would be an advantage
