Officer / Junior Executive

If you are a dynamic individual with experience and career aspirations to further in customer service, this is a fabulous opportunity for you. The job holder has to work in our call centre interacting with our customers.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate & provide quick solutions to complaints of customers / wealth planners
  • Handling various types of customer inquiries
  • Adherence to predetermined service levels in respect of answering calls to meet service levels and reduce abandoned calls

Job Specifications:

  • A sound educational background with good AL results
  • Minimum 1 year experience in call centre, preferably in insurance
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil language
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
