Officer / Junior Executive

Job Accountabilities:
- Coordinate & provide quick solutions to complaints of customers / wealth planners
- Handling various types of customer inquiries
- Adherence to predetermined service levels in respect of answering calls to meet service levels and reduce abandoned calls
Job Specifications:
- A sound educational background with good AL results
- Minimum 1 year experience in call centre, preferably in insurance
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil language
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
