Junior Executive

Prerequisites:

  • Good Educational background, preferably 3 passes at G.C.E. A/LPossess excellent Communication Skills in English / Sinhala is a must (spoken & written)
  • Excellent Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in insurance industry in a reputed service organisation with experience more than 2 years will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a pleasing personality with and be able to work independently & in teams
  • Age below 25 (Male / Female)

Job Scope:

  • Monitoring Premium collection and claims settlement process
  • Review settled insurance claims to determine that payments and settlements have ben made in accordance with company practices and procedures
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Analyse monthly week report
  • Helping to other administration work
