Administration Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Enrolment of all employees to the EPF / ETF, and matters related to their claims etc
  • Recording and updating the time attendance system for all employees with regards to their leave, absenteeism, late attendance & no-pay. Generate all related reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring statutory compliances for annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely basis
  • Administer employee files and record in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits / allowances and maintaining all official records relating to the division.
  • Updating the financial information relevant to all employees to the Finance Division to meet the deadlines.
  • Enrolling of all members who are entitle under the health insurance scheme and do the needful.
  • Administer all insurance policy renewals.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Labour / Central Bank and the Employees Trust Fund Boarding regarding the claims and any other matters related to Ex-employees as well as the current employees.
  • Preparing of Internal Memos / Notices
  • In charge of inventory control of stationary.
  • Handling janitorial service inside of the company & the cleanliness of company premisses as well.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HRM (Part or fully) with minimum 3 years work experience
  • Familiarity with Labour Laws
  • Good comprehension in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  • Positive, hard-working, self-motivated & result oriented personality
