HR Operations Assistant

There's an opportunity for an HR Operations Assistant who will play a key role in managing and administering our core Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will be the custodian of the Bank's employee database and will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality & validly of information as well as providing employee related information to the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the system administer and data controller of all employee information by managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Maintain staff time, attendance and leave records
  • Provide payroll inputs on a monthly basis
  • Prepare reports as and when required
  • Work closely with the HRIS system provider to ensure the system delivers output as required
  • Handle of Bank's Core Banking System in relation to staff transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a reputed organisation. Work experience in Human Resource Management in a bank would be an added advantage
  • Hands on experience in handling a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and data
  • Should be well versed in using a computer and have a thorough working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft packages such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Should have the ability to pay attention to detail and delivery output in a timely and accurate manner
  • Should be well organised, energised and people oriented
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Selected candidate must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • A qualification in business management, IT, Human Resources or an equivalent Professional qualification would be an added advantage
