Team Lead - HR
Key Responsibility:
- Lead business units as the People Advisor and support employees through the Employee Life Cycle
- Coordinate with Career Counsellors and Managers to enable the implementation of all HR Processes
- Understand the tools and resources available in Accenture and leverage them to execute and implement HR Process
- Ancho trainings and NJO sessions
- Coordinate the performance achievement and promotion process
- Direct the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration according to geography entity guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Part completed HR Professionals Qualification or Degree
- Additional Qualification will be an Added Advantage
- Should have minimum 5-6 years of HR related work experience
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge on Employment Law is preferable
- Experience in Career management, performance management, compensation
- Facilitation skills
- Conflict management
- Programme Management
- Excellent oral and written communication
