Marketing Executive - Leasing

Job Profile:

• Develop a customer portfolio covering both individual and corporate customers in the assigned region / segment
• Actively canvass new Leasing business through constant liaison with potential customers
• Build and develop a network of suppliers in order to generate regular business leads
• Achieve ambitious saes targets in a consistent manner through innovative and committed sales efforts
• Evaluate creditworthiness of clients through site visit and prepare Leasing Credit Appraisals and recommend for approvals
• Attend to post-monitoring of granted facilities and take corrective measures for regular and uninterrupted pay-back

Candidate Profile:

• Should be a natural networker who can instantly connect with people from all walks of life
• Possess a minimum of four (4) years' working experience in a commercial bank / a reputed finance company or the leading industry, out of which two years as a Senior Banking Assistant / Junior Executive with exposure to Sales
• Possess the full qualification in Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF) or part completion of a Professional Qualification in relation to the function OR have a minimum of five years' work experience in a Senior Banking Assistant / Junior Executive with exposure to Sales
• Exception PR, negotiation and sales skills and the drive to turn every lead into a sale
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (The ability to converse in Tamil will be advantageous)
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages
• Possess a valid motor vehicle driving license
