Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

Requirements:

• Age below 25-35 years
• A degree or relevant professional qualification in human resources management from recognised university or institute
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge in any payroll systems & Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation & consultative skills at levels

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Training & Development functions of employees
• Preparing Management reports
• Responsible for handling other HR, Administrative & Legal Functions
