Executive Trainee - Human Resources & Administration

We seek a young individual who is keen to obtain on-the-job professional experience in Human Resources Management and Development provided by a leading Company. This position is in the executive staff with the best personal development and career growth opportunities based on performance and potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR administration inclusive of leave administration
  • System Administration of HR Information System (HRIS) of the Sector and generating updated reports
  • Preliminary shortlisting, ensuring proper coordination for selection and recruitment process
  • Conducting Induction and other training programmes particularly for new recruits
  • Drafting and updating job descriptions and facilitating the performance management process
  • Leading and ensuring the success of employee engagement and welfare projects
  • Organising events, meeting and training sessions while coordinating with multiple work teams

Candidate Profile:

  • A friendly and outgoing person who has passion to embark on a career in HR
  • A part-time undergraduate in any discipline and/or professionally part-qualified in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Sociable and team oriented as evidenced by engagement in sports, drama and social activities
  • Resourceful, methodological, able to concentrate and work for long hours to complete the tasks as required
