Associate - Service Desk Analyst

Technical skills and Expertise:

  • Can effectively manage given tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrates follow-through until desired results are achieved
  • General server hardware knowledge
  • Good understanding in Windows, Linux, Networking, WAN and virtualisation technologies

License / Certifications Required:

  • MCSA (Microsoft CErtified Solution Associate) or RHCSA (Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator) is preferred
  • ITIL training a plus

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in similar capacity
