The Job:
As Trainee Customer Service Providers, you will get an opportunity to launch a career in Banking and will be provided on-the-job training in the Customer Contact Centre initially. Subsequently, you will be trained in teller and customer service functions, in a modern banking environment that prevails in our branches / departments. You will also be provided comprehensive training on all other areas of branch banking in time to come and will become a member of the NDB's professional team.
The Person:
- Should possess at least B passes for Mathematics and English at the G.C.E. O/L examination in one sitting
- 3 passes (excluding English) at G.C.E. A/L examination in one sitting or part professional qualification
- Be below 22 years of age
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
