The Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka the largest accounting body producing middle level accountants / technicians and offering a wide array of opportunities to a large number of students and members island wide, wishes to recruit a person for the following post. 

Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maximising brand promotion
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the institute's external parties to see them executed
• Assist in creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the institute's message to existing and potential students / all stakeholders
• Assist in achieving the annual marketing plan
• Supporting the marketing division in a day to day marketing activities
• Assist to planning, developing and delivering effective campaigns as agreed within timescale
• Preparation of repots on campaigns and other marketing activities to ensure effective departmental communications

Qualification:

• Should have passed G.C.E. A/L
• Should possess basic knowledge in Marketing from a reputed institute
• Should be able to communicate in English / Sinhala and ability to speak Tamil would be a definite advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office
• Qualification in PCM or equivalent qualification

Other Requisites:

• Age between 20-25 years
• Willingness and ability to travel any part of the island
• Good presentation skills

Experience:

• Minimum six months' experience in marketing preferably in an education institute
