Trainee - HR Advisory

We are looking for talented and vibrant young individuals to join our dynamic Human Resources Advisory Team (specialised in conducting Compensation & Benefits surveys amongst other HR ADvisory Services) as "Trainee - HR Advisory". You will work in a small and tightly knit unit, reporting to the Manager HR Advisory Services.
Trainee - HR Advisory
You should:
- be between 20 - 28 years of age
- have completed G.C.E. A/L, with a part qualification in HR, Management or any relevant field
- be thoroughly familiar with MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- be able to handle assignments on your own, visit and liaise with top end professionals at Client Offices etc with minimum supervision
- possess excellent numerical and analytical skills
- be very fluent in both spoken and written English & have effective communication skills
- possess effective report writing and presentation skills
- be an excellent team-player, have the ability to work to strict deadlines, while meeting high quality expectations and the ability to multi-task effectively
You will be provided with a remuneration based on your level of qualification(s) and experience.
