The HNB Assurance is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:

Executive - Sales Training & Development

Locations: North & East

The person should have:

• A recognised university degree or professional qualification in Sales / Marketing or Management
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Experience of insurance industry a similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English is required

The person will be responsible for:

• Handle overall sales training requirements of the North East Zone
• Ability to develop training and resource material for required trainings
• Identify trends for improvements and conduct training in response to these needs of the HNBA to achieve the company objectives
• Ability and willingness to travel long distance and stay overnight to accommodate multiple days training programmes
• Maintain sales staff, training performance records and sharing with the respective parties
