Executive - Finance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update monthly principal management accounts
• Approve all invoices and external debit note pertaining to customs and other third party suppliers and verify the accuracy with relevant documentation
• Verify monthly account reconciliations the company in order to make available periodic audit schedules
• Ensure timely salary deductions are made & instructed to the payroll processing unit of Hayleys
• Follow up VAT refunds of the company
• Ensure accuracy of the monthly & quarterly statutory payments
• Assist the financial controller to prepare annual Principal budgets & Local budgets

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 6 credit passes at the G.C.E. O/L examination including English
• A distinction pass for mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L examination is compulsory
• Three passes at the G.C.E. A/L
• Part professional qualification in Finance is required (Preferably CIMA, ACCA, CMA)
• Minimum three years' experience in a related field
