Human Resources Assistant (Male)
Location: Padukka Factory
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and self motivated individual who comply with the following qualifications and requisites to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Age between 25-35 years
- Certificate in HRM from recognised institute
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Should have good computer literacy in MS Office package
- Be an independent and results oriented individual who has the ability to work in a team
- Should be flexible, innovative and a people oriented person
- Able to stay at factory resident would be added advantage
- Only male candidates
