Executive - Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Payroll process and the employee benefits schemes of the Bank by managing all the matters pertaining to the function and ensuring 100% accuracy & timeliness
  • Collate payroll information monthly, advise the outsourced payroll processing partner & coordinate effectively to pay salaries with the set timelines
  • Manage the employee benefit schemes such as staff loans, medical & matters pertaining to superannuation benefits
  • Assist in tasks related to performance evaluation, annual salary reviews and variable pay rewards
  • Prepare statistical analysis on payroll / benefits and provide information to the required parties
  • Assist in preparation of Department budgets and prepare costs & productivity analysis of the other units
  • Initiate actions to improve systems, policies and procedures pertaining to compensation & benefits
  • Maintain contacts with necessary legal entities such as Labour Office to obtain timely services
  • Follow up with other Department Heads to ensure job description & KPIs for all employees are prepare on time

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Management / HR or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in HR with specific exposure in handling Payroll / employee benefits etc
  • Strong numerical skills & computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Hands on experience in operating a payroll package is preferred
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tough deadlines
