We are looking for Call Centre Specialist - Business Customer Experience to join our dynamic team.

Call Centre Specialist - Business Customer Experience

Job Profile:

  • Ensure high standard of customer service of all inbound calls received from business customers including high level of quality and etiquettes in communication
  • Be fully competent to handle queries on products and services especially business solutions available in company's product portfolio
  • Ensure to log/tag all calls appropriate and accurately in the system and log all service requests & complaints in Change Request Management (CRM) / Trouble Ticket (TT) System

Candidate Profile:

  • Successfully completed Advanced Level examination, or equivalent higher education from a recognised university or institute
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in telecommunication industry

If you are a resilient individual with excellent communication skills both verbal and written and having a good knowledge in computer along with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and willing to work on extended hours then, we are looking for YOU!
