We provide a range of services in Central Air Conditioning, Elevators & Escalators, Power Generators & CCTV Systems and are sole agents in Sri Lanka for world renowned brands such as Trane, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Mesan & Hyundai Elevators.

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated young person to fill the following vacancy in our Team.

Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Tightly monitor the debtor list and follow up overdue debtors
• Customer contact via telephone calls, writing letters, or by visiting
• Negotiate and agree on a settlement data or a workable repayment arrangement for overdue
• Regular phone calls to overdue customers, to remind on payments
• Regular visits to overdue customers to ensure full recovery
• Perform administrative work or other job functions related to collection and recoveries

Requirements:

• A/L passed out
• Diploma in Credit Management will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
• Young & smart male / female preferable
