Location: Colombo (Head Office)

We are now on the lookout for the right candidate to fill the vacancy of Executive - Human Resources at the Head Office.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of HR
• Ability to draft and compile comprehensive job descriptions is compulsory
• Attending to all Personal Administration functions
• Ability to work with HRIS systems & familiarity in MS Office packages
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhalese & English are essential
• Experience in Training & Development functions will be an advantage

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognised university / institution, and/or
• Part qualification in PQHRM at IPM

Preference will be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Colombo.
