Data Entry Operator
Ideal candidate profile:
- Completed G.C.E. A/L
- Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to use office equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks
- Should work on shift basis
- Knowledge on medical terminology is an added advantage
Job Role:
- Follow standard procedures to input text or patient details
- Investigations & numerical data into a computer or other business machines
- Resolve routine questions and problems and escalate more complex issues to higher level
